Apple Cider Vinegar Weight Loss + Book Update

Good morning lovely readers. Today we are continuing to part 2 of my weight loss series and I am also going to share some book updates with you. Let's get right into it!

Apple Cider Vinegar & Weight Loss

Today we are going to focus on the weight loss benefits of apple cider vinegar. As you can already tell, this vinegar is essential. The acetic acid in the vinegar actually works against the enzymes in your stomach that digests starches. This means that the calories that you are consuming from carbohydrates, may not be absorbed, aiding in weight loss.

Apple cider vinegar also has compounds that suppress your appetite, allowing you to eat less. And, everything you do eat, will be absorbed more efficiently because of the enhanced absorption of vitamins and minerals.

I recommend that you drink 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar with 1/4 cup of water every morning, 1 hour before breakfast. This ensures that any food that you eat will not cancel out the benefits of the vinegar.

You can also mix in 2 tbsp. lemon, 1/4 tsp. cayenne, and a touch of honey for a super detox.

Because apple cider vinegar is acidic, it can corrode the enamel on your teeth so you want to make sure that you swish really well with filtered water afterward. Don't forget to water it down with water to avoid burning your esophagus.

A Dancer's Diary Book Updates

The book is coming together nicely! I'm very excited that my deadline is almost here. We took cover photos in the park on Saturday and they turned out so beautifully, I can't wait for you to see them. Remember the drawing of a dancer that I posted a while back? That was supposed to be the cover of the book but we decided on a real dancer instead and I'm very glad we did.

All of the page numbers will be updated today and after that we have just 4 more photos to take and put in the book. Once all of this is done, we submit for a copyright and it's ready to publish! I am hoping and praying that it will all be done before July 15th, which is my publishing date.

I am posting the 30-day countdown here on the blog in July, so keep your eye out. Invitations to the launch are being sent out on the 3rd and press releases go out probably next week. If you would like an invitation, please let me know. We are hosting a private launch (August 5), and a public launch (August 12).

Finally, mom and I have been putting together the awesome swag bags that guests will take home with them. We have also been working out a menu, decorations, music, and finding performers. It is super hectic, but I am having fun.
