Hot Tea on a Cold Day


The weather is getting colder so that means that it's time to start drinking hot tea to warm up. There are so many healthy teas available for various illnesses, allergies, and comfort. My favorites are green tea, chrysanthemum tea, and chamomile tea. Below, I have given you a list of some great teas and some of their benefits.


Pour yourself a cup of tea, add a little honey, and enjoy! I also recommend a good book and cozy blanket if you want to really relax.
