For Friday Flexibility today, I am going to share with you some great stretches that can increase the flexibility in your back. It's just going to be a picture today, that way it is easier for you to follow. I recommend doing these stretches 2 times a day, every other day. You should start seeing a difference by the end of about a month if you are continually stretching. Remember to breathe and relax your muscles as you stretch, and don't push it too hard. If you start to feel pain, stop the stretch.

Quick update on the book-
Unfortunately due to high stress levels, I have decided to forego the launch party and just stick to scheduling a fun book tour. I am hoping to plan some dancer spa days where I will have fun spa treatments for guests to try out and I will talk a little about the book. We shall see how everything works out. Until then, the launch party has been cancelled.
