
Monday Munchies - Energy Creamsicle
Instead of sharing a recipe for a meal or dessert today, I thought it would be a neat twist to share a drink instead. This energy drink is great for people with adrenal fatigue or lower functioning adrenals (this can cause fatigue and foggy thinking) as it naturally provides a pick-me-up for your body.
The orange juice provides an excellent source of vitamin C to boost the immune system and sea salt for essential minerals. It tastes like a creamsicle and you can even add some ice cubes to made it a great cool drink for the summertime.

Energy Creamsicle
Ingredients:
6 ounces fresh orange juice
1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together in a glass. Drink 2-3 times a day for an energy supply that lasts all day.
