I don't know about you but I am super excited about the new Wonder Woman movie coming out in June. In honor of this movie, I have come up with my own Wonder Woman workout that I will be teaching throughout the summer.
On May 27th at 10 AM, I am debuting this workout by teaching an outdoor class followed by a post-workout smoothie. This event is open to all women and girls ages 16 and up. The workout will be great for both beginners as well as advanced fitness gurus.
I will be providing you with weight balloons that you can use and then take home with you. All you would need to bring is an exercise mat and a friend. For those who bring 2 friends with them, I will be offering a $10 off discount on any future fitness classes or personal training sessions.
