I am so excited that you decided to stop by! For the past few years I've been working on a book, A Dancer's Diary. It has been a long and grueling process but I have finally come to nearing the end of the writing portion of this adventure and it's finally time to start advertising. A Dancer's Diary is a book written specifically for dancers and their parents who want to get the most out of their bodies and their dance training while still maintaining a healthy and strong immune system and body.

In the book you will find at-home "spa" products, ways to achieve your ultimate flexibility, menu planning, healthy food choices, ways to manage weight without going overboard, how to care for and prevent common dance injuries at home, and so much more!

I hope you continue to follow me on this journey as I start to find publishers and eventually get this book out to the public. Book tours will be in my future as well as other marketing events, so be sure to keep checking back for new information. New posts will be up every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (respectively).
