Wonder Woman Smoothie


Happy Monday everybody! I hope you are enjoying your Monday so far. Because I will be teaching a Wonder Woman workout this Saturday in honor of the new movie coming out, I wanted to share with you the smoothie that I will be serving to the participants in the workout. This smoothie has protein in order to build muscle, oranges to relieve any muscle soreness, and has a slight pina colada taste that reminds me of summer.


Wonder Woman Smoothie

Ingredients:

* 1/2 cup coconut water

* 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

* 1 peeled orange

* 1/4 cup cashews, soaked

* 4 Tbsp. rolled oats

Directions:

Add the fruit into the blender, then the oats and nuts, and top with the coconut water. Blend until smooth and pour into a cup to enjoy!


This smoothie is super easy and tastes amazing! The cashews are very mild in taste making them perfect to blend with the pineapple and orange. Oats give some carbohydrates to keep you full and the coconut water will help keep you hydrated (which will be great for our outdoor workout).
